KPI Africa is conducting an ongoing study of the business and financing ecosystem in Madagascar and the wider region. We gather perspectives from enterprises, project promoters, financial institutions, public bodies, professional associations and development partners to understand where opportunities arise, where progress stalls and what support is needed to move forward.

Contribute to the financing ecosystem diagnostic
KPI Africa is gathering perspectives from businesses, financial institutions, public bodies, chambers and professional associations, project implementation units, development partners and project promoters.
The questionnaire helps us identify where financing and project delivery stall, what preparation is needed, and which actions stakeholders could take together. The findings will inform the development of Capital Bridge 2027 and a practical agenda for follow-up.
The questionnaire is in French and takes approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on your role. Your answers will follow a branch relevant to your organisation.
Capital Bridge 2027
Connecting capital to projects that can deliver impact
Capital Bridge 2027 is a proposed KPI Africa initiative bringing together businesses, project promoters, financiers, investors, public institutions and development partners.
Its starting point is evidence. Our ecosystem diagnostic will identify where opportunities stall, what projects need to become investment-ready and which connections could lead to action. From there, Capital Bridge aims to combine institutional dialogue, practical preparation, qualified project presentations and focused meetings between project owners and potential partners.
The goal is to move beyond introductions: establish clear next steps, assign responsibility and track progress at three, six and twelve months.
The initiative is under development. Its format, partners, date and location will be confirmed before an official announcement.
